A full gut renovation of a penthouse residence, taken down to the studs and rebuilt with an entirely new architectural and material language. Flooded with natural light, the home gave us an opportunity to lean into richer tones and textures and we explored materiality freely, unafraid to experiment with new colors, textures, and finishes, so that the final result feels deeply personal, layered, and quietly luxurious.
